The goal of this project was to create a updated design for a Long Island based Photographer seeking to increase their business. The designer chose to use a modern, stripped down style to allow the photographs to take center stage. As part of this process the designer developed the logo seen here to reflect this choice in style. Using the straightforward navigation shown here, the user can easily find the information on the site they are seeking. After getting approval from the client the designer coded the site using HTML and CSS.
I was having a conversation with someone and described myself as, "just a regular guy, I'm a dude in the world." He followed up by saying, "what more could you ask for?" For some reason the combination of those to phrases stuck out to me and represented what I sought to communicate with my design style. A simple guy with a simple, stripped-down and easy to follow style. So, I chose to assume the professional identity of Just A Dude In The World Design. Using a simple illustration of myself paired with sensible typography and a consistent color scheme, I created the brand guidelines for what would be Just A Dude In The World Design.
